Sony Ericsson Aspen: The First Eco-friendly mobile phone!!

A new addition to the Green Heart Eco-friendly handset portfolio is contributed by Sony Ericsson brand. It has launched its first QWERTY keyboard smartphone which uses Windows Mobile 6.5!!
Aspen is described as "the business mobile phone with green credentials at its core" by Sony Ericsson, and it has a QWERTY keyboard and Windows Phone operating system (6.5). Quentin Cordier, the Global marketing manager, said: "Sony Ericsson Aspen is the business phone with a conscience, perfect for any consumer or company who want to make a green choice in their daily work life."
Although there is enough memory for the users, it has card slot option for memory expansion up to 32GB. This handset supports the Microsoft MyPhone service that provides 'cloud' based computing and file synchronization. It also has a secure remote data erasing feature which will come quite handy in case a handset is lost or stolen.
Sony Ericsson Aspen also supports Sony Ericsson panels and the PlayNow media service. This model will be available in the second quarter of this year. This device will be offered in Iconic Black or White Silver, and for connectivity it will support 3G and HSPA.
