HSC is planning to double the number of PRO Stockist dealers connected with T-Mobile. Last year, after achieving 100 percent retention level it served 68!!
HSC is willing to double the number of its T-Mobile Pro Stockist dealers after acquiring 100 per cent retention levels in the year 2009.
HSC has introduced its T-Mobile Pro Stockist scheme in the month of May last year, providing selected dealer partners additional support via T-Mobile’s business account support (BAS) team. This organization is the only distributor which is capable of offering its dealers a direct access to T-Mobile’s BAS team.
Dealers who are able to achieve set targets are accepted on to the plan and a history of low churn on T-Mobile. The major benefit of this plan is the complete protection of their T-Mobile customer base from different channels of T-Mobile. Dealers will also receive "above the line" help and assistance with their several customer accounts.
As a whole, we can say that HSC dealers on the scheme have to achieve a minimum of 90 per cent retention per quarter. 34 dealers are currently listed under this scheme, which typically upgrades 1,000 connections per month on T-Mobile.
After reaching the mark of 100 per cent retention, Carlos Pestana, the HSC sales manager, told Mobile News that HSC wants to double the number of dealers on the scheme to 68.
"Since we launched the Pro Stockist scheme we have seen Business 1-Plan sales increase by 80 per cent and also saw 100 per cent retention from dealers using the T-Mobile BAS team. The only criticism is we perhaps didn’t have enough using it,” said Pestana.
Further, he added: "We wanted to make sure today we come across loud and clear about this service – it’s a fantastic service and a really good resource for our customers to use. I want more dealers to take advantage of it. Dealers get their base protected and above the line support from BAS. It was an area we did well in last year, and is something we want to push more going forward."
