The Samsung Tocco Lite S5230 White is essentially a 2G handset that operates in all four GSM bands. It has dimensions of 104 x 53 x 11.9 mm and weighs 93.5 grams. It has a 3.0 inch TFT touchscreen that displays 256K colours at a resolution of 240X400 pixels. It is equipped with an internal memory of 50MB. For expansion, a microSD card slot has been provided that can slot a card of up to 16GB. The phone has a 3.15MP camera with an extra feature of smile detection. Video recording can also be done in QVGA mode at 15 fps. A document viewer application has been included that allows a user to view word, excel, powerpoint and PDF files. The Samsung Tocco Lite S5230 has an inbuilt music player that can play MP3, WMA/and AAC formats. The handset is powered by a standard Li-Ion 1000mAh battery which when fully charged, can provide standby of up to 800 hours and talk time of up to 10 hours.
